Orders are processed and shipped from our lab in Fresno, California, typically within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. All shipments are tracked and sent in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. We currently ship to all 50 US states.

How ordering works

Add to cart and pay on the spot — secure crypto checkout or bank transfer, with your total shown up front. Your order ships once payment clears, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your package leaves the lab. Prefer to talk? Call or text us your list anytime.

Storage on arrival

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are shipped at ambient temperature and are stable for transit. For laboratory storage, researchers generally keep lyophilized material cool and out of light; reconstituted material is kept refrigerated. This is general handling information for research materials, not usage guidance.

Returns & refunds

Because these are research chemicals, safety and integrity rules limit what we can accept back. Our policy:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If a shipment arrives damaged, a vial is defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund. Photos help us process it fast.
• Unopened, unused items: Sealed vials in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping. Please contact us first for a return authorization.
• Opened or reconstituted vials: For safety and research-integrity reasons, once a vial has been opened or reconstituted it cannot be returned and is non-refundable.
