All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and may not be resold, labeled, or represented for any such use. No product statement has been evaluated by the FDA, and no therapeutic or health claim is made.
Prices shown are per vial and may vary by batch and quantity; final pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we believe are intended for prohibited use.
Orders ship from Fresno, California, typically within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment, to US destinations. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns page.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced or refunded in full if reported within 30 days of delivery. Unopened, unused vials in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund (less shipping) with prior authorization. Because these are research chemicals, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned and are non-refundable. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
You assume all responsibility and risk for the handling, storage, use, and disposal of products purchased, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless CD Biolab from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your misuse of any product, including any use in humans or animals.
Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CD Biolab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
