We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and compounds people find useful. This collects standard web analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and referral source. We also record when an outbound link to ZestyRat Research is clicked, and which compound it was for, so we can tell which listings are worth maintaining.
Links to ZestyRat Research carry campaign parameters identifying this site as the referrer. These identify the site, not you.
If you send us a message, we receive the name, email and message you provide, and use them only to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list from a contact form.
We never receive your payment details, shipping address or order contents. Those go directly to ZestyRat Research and are governed by their privacy policy.
This site stores a small record in your own browser of which product links you have opened, so the page can show you a count. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
You can block analytics with any standard browser setting or extension; the site works fine without it. To ask what we hold about you or to have it removed, use the contact form.
Our own line is in development. Until it is finished this site does one job: send you somewhere we would order from ourselves. That is ZestyRat, and it is not a close call — 47 orders have been placed through our links, 30 of them in the last month, and every order that cleared checkout has shipped. Not one has gone missing.
